Stephen Treado, PhD, PE

Advisor

Dr. Stephen Treado, PE is a professor of Architectural Engineering at the Pennsylvania State University in University Park, PA. His expertise is in a number of fields, including but not limited to, building controls, control system communication, building energy policy, renewable energy, and many others. He holds a doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland at College Park and is a Registered Professional Engineer. In industry, he worked as an acting group leader for the Building and Fire Laboratory in the National Institute of Standards and Technology for 34 years among other public and private industry postions
